Delivery options to satisfy your taste buds

Enjoy Free delivery for all orders over Php 2,500. Orders must be placed 3-days in advance so we can schedule the delivery to the area within Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City areas.

Otherwise, shipping is computed based on the actual rate and destination during booking.

Delivery Fees will be shouldered by the Buyer.

For Deliveries OUTSIDE CEBU: Permits, clearances, shipping/airfare/bus fare will be shouldered by the buyer.
Delivery Fees within Cebu Province and within the service area will be shouldered by the buyer through the buyer’s preferred 3rd-party delivery or courier providers. Rates will be computed based on the time of booking and destination during the Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays.
Buyer has the option to pick up the ordered items at the following:

At our Commissary in Mandaue City between 9AM to 7PM, Mondays thru Saturdays.
Pick up in any of our store, carts or booth at events and exhibits we are participating. Please check our Viber and Social Media pages for any announcements of events we are part of.

Delivery FAQ

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

YES we can for as long as address is covered by our or the 3rd-party delivery providers service area.

Do you offer urgent deliveries?

YES for as long as the stocks are available. Delivery Fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We always want to make you happy and put a smile on your face. Let us know by sending us an email and any screenshot of the item the caused your unhappiness. We will try our best to oput that smile and trust to GRND UP back again.

Can I pick up orders from your Commissary?

YES you can. Just let us know the time of pick-up so our team can arrange and prepare the ordered items for you.

Can I pick up from your Store or booths?

YES. Just hang on and stay on the loop for updates on the events and exhibits we are participating.

Do you ship outside Cebu?

Yes we can however, buyers will be the once to arrangne and secure Government permits for shipping/air/land.

For our Frozen Goods, please note that a stricter compliance must be done due to the African Swine Flu (ASF) outbreak. All products are safe and is made from 100% quality ingrdients, we wanted to make sure that we are also compliant the Safety Protocols regulated by the Government.
